You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.
No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

Everyone in this store is extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. I had multiple problems with my glasses because the prescription was wrong from other clinic. My second opinion eye exam was spot on and now I can see without feeling dizzy and getting a headache. I'm so thankful for everyone who helped me. I wish I would've come here first!!

I happened to see the store and walked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns with my current prescription and glasses. They passed these on to the doctor. I had an eye exam within about 15 minutes. The doctor was also very friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out a pair of frames that look good and will work well with my prescription. I left there feeling like I had been well taken care of.

I have been wearing glasses since age 21 and am now 79. For me, selecting and purchasing glasses has always been just one step above a visit to the dentist! <groan> For the first time EVER, I actually enjoyed myself at WP! After cataract surgery, I had a new Rx and went in to WP to 'browse.' I came away with a pair of glasses and sunglasses, thanks to the friendly, fun, and knowledgeable assistance of Kie (and Emily)! Two young people helping and advising two old people... what's not to love about that?! God bless them!

Looked at Warby Parker many times online and liked their offerings but never committed to buying until they opened their stores. Just like to see and touch before buying. Got my annual exam and went over to the store. Great experience!My optical assistant really helped me pick some great frames. Selection was excellent optical assistant was very knowledgeable about my benefits from my insurance.In and out within 30 minutes. Easy Peasy. I am 72 years old and have had glasses since I was 8 so have a lot of experience buying glasses. This was definitely the best place to go.

By far one of the best experiences I've had buying glasses. The eye exam was super straightforward and the doctor was very friendly. The retail staff was extremely knowledgeable very helpful finding a frame that fit me. I will definitely be back the next time I need to pick up glasses

My husband and I decided to stop in this store on a whim. I had been looking for a new pair of sunglasses. We were greeted immediately by Finlin. He asked questions regarding what style I was interested in and since I wasn't sure he made some great recommendations. Finlin was professional and helped me find a pair of sunglasses that fit my style and face perfectly! I would highly recommend this location for great customer service and quality glasses!

This place has the absolute worst customer service. In this climate it is difficult for any person of color to receive good customer service but after bringing it to their attention there was no apology or response to my complaint. This left me believing that this was intentional. I will not shop her ever again and only suggest that clear people shop here. I enjoying shopping where I’m appreciated not tolerated.
